Tiger Bite presents a bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The body shows good carbonation with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the clear liquid. Head retention is firm, leaving a clean foam collar around the rim as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous pine and bright citrus notes from the robust hop character, layered with warm caramel and toasted biscuit from the malt backbone. There is a subtle fruity undertone that adds complexity without overwhelming the hop-forward profile. The overall impression is balanced between herbaceous Edelhopfen character and sweet malt aromatics.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a hop-driven bitterness that sits comfortably at 60 IBU, supported by a substantial malt base of caramel and toasted bread notes that prevent the beer from becoming overly dry. The mid-palate carries both the hoppy bite and malty sweetness in equilibrium, with citrus and pine notes weaving through a bready, slightly toasty foundation. The 7.2% ABV is well-integrated, adding warmth without sharp alcohol character.

The finish is medium-length with lingering hop bitterness and a subtle fruity dryness that invites the next sip. The malt sweetness fades gradually, leaving a clean, slightly peppery aftertaste.
