◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that builds to a full pour. The carbonation is crisp and even, creating fine bubbles that rise steadily through the glass. Lacing clings to the glass walls in delicate rings as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit—ripe tangerine, peach nectar, and stone fruit—driven by the Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hop blend. A subtle floral undertone balances the fruit-forward character, while clean malt provides a neutral, unobtrusive backdrop. No yeast character intrudes; the hops remain the sole focus.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with immediate tropical fruit sweetness—orange and peach juice—before a moderate, honest bitterness emerges in the mid-palate. The bitterness is neither aggressive nor shy, holding around 68 IBU with a dry finish that prevents cloying. The malt base is light and supportive, never competing with the hop-driven flavor profile.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering hop bitterness that fades gradually without astringency. The aftertaste carries faint peach and citrus notes, inviting another sip.
