The nose opens with assertive tropical stone fruit—ripe mango and pineapple dominate, supported by subtle citrus lift from the Rakau. Resinous undertones from El Dorado and Mosaic emerge as the beer warms, layered with a touch of grass and herbal spice. Nelson Bliss adds a gentle floral brightness that frames the entire profile without overwhelming the fruit.

The palate opens juicy and full, with tropical fruit flavors carrying through cleanly on entry. Mid-palate develops a measured resinous bitterness that balances the stone fruit sweetness, creating tension rather than dominance.
