Simcoe Overload

◐ Geschmack

Grapefruit bitterness enters cleanly on the palate, building through the mid-palate with pithy, resinous hop flavors and a subtle tropical fringe. The malt provides a soft, doughy backbone that balances the assertive bittering. At 50 IBU, the bitterness is present but measured, fading into a dry, slightly grainy aftertaste.

◑ Abgang

Medium-length finish dominated by lingering grapefruit pith and hop resin. The aftertaste trails into a light, grainy dryness without harshness.
