The nose opens with warm caramel and toasted nut character, immediately suggesting the use of specialty malts and crushed pistachios. Behind the forward sweetness sits a subtle, buttery pistachio note with a hint of savory complexity that prevents the aroma from becoming one-dimensional. Mount Hood hops contribute a restrained herbal undertone that frames rather than dominates.

The medium body carries toffee and brown bread flavors alongside the prominent nuttiness, creating a cohesive malt-forward character. Cocoa emerges in the mid-palate, adding depth without sweetness, while the pistachio adjunct lends a subtle roasted, slightly savory quality throughout.
