A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, white head that settles into a fine foam collar. The carbonation appears moderate and steady, supporting delicate lacing as the glass empties. The overall impression is refreshing and inviting—typical of a well-crafted wheat ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh wheat and hay characteristics, underpinned by a soft, clean grain sweetness. A faint fruitiness emerges beneath, likely from the mild Cluster and Mount Hood hop additions. The overall profile is subtle and understated, without aggressive herbalism or floral intensity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with gentle grain sweetness from the white wheat malt, followed by a subtle tropical fruit character that carries through the mid-palate. The hop bitterness remains restrained at 9 IBU, allowing the malt's soft, bready foundation to dominate. The finish transitions to dry and light, with minimal lingering bitterness.
