Brilliant pale golden hue with exceptional clarity and bright, translucent luminosity. A dense white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, delicate lacing. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a gentle cascade of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean, noble hop character—slightly herbal and floral notes from Spanish Edelhopfen varieties. Beneath lies a subtle malt foundation with light bread and grain undertones. The overall impression is fresh and uncluttered, free from yeast esters or adjunct notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters lean and crisp, with a dry malt backbone and moderate bittering that arrives cleanly in the mid-palate. A whisper of citrus zest and bread crust complements the noble hop structure. The balance tilts toward refreshment and drinkability rather than depth, with the 38 IBU providing assertive but not aggressive bitterness.

The finish is short to medium, drying cleanly on the palate with a gentle hop aftertaste. No residual sweetness lingers; instead, a light, mineral-like dryness persists, inviting the next sip.
