Iron Cherry presents a deep red hue beneath a light, rose-tinted white head that dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing. A fine haze diffuses the colour, softening the visual intensity without obscuring the beer's clarity. The carbonation appears delicate, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by rich, candied cherry aromatics that sit at the centre of the profile. Supporting notes of red stone fruit emerge beneath the candy sweetness, creating a layered and inviting bouquet. The overall impression is ripe and preservative-like, with no sharp vinegar or aggressive fermentation notes.

Puckering tartness arrives first, establishing the beer's acidic character immediately, before giving way to a distinct red fruit sweetness in the mid-palate. Astringency and acidity then dry the tongue sharply, creating a clean, crisp finish.
