Prominent sweet pumpkin and pie spice aromas dominate the nose, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove notes rising clearly above the Malz base. Soft caramel and light toffee underpinnings emerge from the kilned grains, while subtle fruity esters add roundness. A restrained herbal note from low-level noble hop character provides gentle balance without assertiveness.

The palate opens with pronounced sweetness and authentic pumpkin pie character, carried by a creamy, full body that coats the mouth smoothly. Spice notes—cinnamon and nutmeg—intensify through the mid-palate, while the 7% alcohol adds subtle warmth without harshness. Bitterness remains minimal at 12 IBU, allowing the dessert-like quality to prevail throughout, with only a whisper of herbal hop dryness at the very end.
