◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with a soft haze characteristic of the style, created by suspended yeast and protein rather than oxidation. The head forms quickly and settles to a thin, persistent collar with good lacing retention on the glass. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, with fine bubbles rising steadily.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by ripe tropical stone fruits, with distinct mango and passionfruit leading the charge. Pineapple and citrus notes emerge on a second pass, supported by a clean, grassy hop character from the Australian and American varieties. Malt presence is restrained, allowing the fruit-forward hop character to dominate without any harsh resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with bright tropical fruit sweetness that carries through the mid-section, complemented by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel typical of hazy IPAs. Bitterness arrives gradually and remains gentle at 30 IBU, never assertive or harsh. The full body and smooth texture balance the hop-driven character, with residual sweetness and fruit lingering without cloying.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with tropical fruit notes gradually fading into a subtle, dry hop character. A gentle warmth from the 6.3% ABV lingers without alcohol burn, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.
