◎ Aussehen

Brilliant straw yellow with excellent clarity and transparency. The head is fluffy and white, with firm retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass walls. Carbonation is evident and consistent throughout.

◌ Aroma

Fruit-forward and inviting, with distinct stone fruit and citrus notes lifting from the glass. Peach and mango dominate the initial impression, followed by bright tangerine and subtle passion fruit. The Edelhopfen character from Eclipse, Citra and Simcoe is clean and well-defined, with only a delicate backdrop of pilsner malt sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with crisp, juicy tropical notes—passion fruit and lime zest provide sharp definition on entry. Mid-palate remains lean and dry, with pineapple developing alongside a gentle, integrated bitterness that never dominates. The malt base is restrained, allowing the hoppy fruit character to maintain the focus throughout.

The finish is light and very dry, with a clean, crisp aftertaste that fades quickly. No lingering sweetness or heaviness; the citric hop impression carries through to a refreshing, mineral-like conclusion.
