◎ Aussehen

Pale gold in color with a bright, translucent clarity and a white foam head that settles into fine lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, maintaining steady visual presence throughout the glass. The beer presents a clean, inviting appearance typical of well-executed pale ales.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit notes: pineapple and tangerine juice lead, followed by gooseberry and pink grapefruit that frame the hop character. Passion fruit and papaya emerge as secondary aromatics, layering over a clean, unobtrusive pale malz base. The overall impression is fresh and fruit-forward, driven by the Nelson, Nectaron and Eclipse hop varieties.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers ripe guava and white peach upfront, with lemon and prickly pear adding structural definition. A tart, zesty edge runs through the mid-palate, creating brisk mouthfeel and keeping the beer light and bright despite its 6.8% ABV. The 45 IBU bitterness is restrained but present, providing balance rather than domination.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and fruity, with the tart character persisting gently into the aftertaste. Drying out without harshness, the beer leaves a refreshing impression that invites another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
