◎ Aussehen

Brilliant gold with excellent clarity and a frothy, persistent head that leaves fine lacing on the glass. The carbonation is notably lively and fine, creating a steady stream of bubbles that sustains the foam throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright jasmine and white grape, followed by pineapple and ripe pear from the barrel and concentrate work. A delicate orange blossom note underlies the fruit, with subtle floral and orchard character throughout, lifted by the dry, winey quality imparted by six months in Sauvignon Blanc wood and Brettanomyces.

◐ Geschmack

Pilsner malt and white wheat provide a clean, crisp foundation with light, refreshing character. The palate is bone-dry with restrained bitterness from Tettnang and Hallertau Blanc, allowing the pear concentrate and barrel-derived stone fruit to play through without sweetness, finishing with lingering orchard and floral notes.

The finish is dry and persistent, with lingering orchard fruit and delicate floral notes that evolve over several minutes. No cloying sweetness remains—instead, a subtle winey, peppery character from the Brett and champagne yeast conditioning rounds the aftertaste.
