Yeast dominates the nose with classic Belgian phenolics—white pepper and subtle clove notes mingle with stone fruit esters suggesting ripe pear and subtle orchard notes. Beneath lies a whisper of honey and delicate floral character, with just enough bready, grainy malt to ground the aromatic profile without asserting dominance.

The palate enters clean and smooth, with the yeast-driven spice and fruity character asserting themselves immediately. Mid-palate carries a lightly honeyed sweetness balanced by the gentle bitterness (30 IBU) and a crisp, dry undercurrent that prevents any cloying sensation. The 8.5% alcohol adds warmth and subtle booziness without roughness, allowing the delicate flavors to remain in focus.
