Light gold body beneath a creamy off-white head that holds with fine retention. The clarity is bright and clean, with steady carbonation evident in the glass. The foam displays even lacing as it recedes.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruits—mango, guava and tangerine—followed by white-wine notes of lychee and red currant. A subtle dank herbal undertone grounds the profile, characteristic of well-integrated Mosaic and Citra hops. The Oregon Promise barley base contributes a clean, understated malt foundation.

◐ Geschmack

The palate expands with tropical and stone fruit notes—pineapple, papaya and peach—interwoven with tart citrus of kumquat and strawberry. Bitterness integrates smoothly at 48 IBU, supporting rather than dominating the hop character. The beer remains balanced and sessionable, with no harsh edges despite its complexity.

The finish is crisp and zesty, with a pithy dryness that lingers clean on the palate. The aftertaste fades without astringency, leaving a refreshing impression that invites the next sip.
