The nose is immediately dominated by citrus and tropical fruit notes—ruby red grapefruit and juicy stone fruit leap forward, supported by a grounding layer of sweet pine and resinous character. The hop blend of Mosaic, Citra and Centennial works in concert, delivering both bright, aromatic oils and subtle herbal depth without any harsh green notes. A clean malt backbone provides gentle sweetness that does not overshadow the aggressive hop presentation.

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with immediate bitterness balanced by the malt's subtle sweetness and the beer's 9% alcohol warmth. Mid-palate develops tropical and citrus character that mirrors the aroma, with resinous, slightly herbal notes adding complexity and dry structure. The 90 IBU manifests as pronounced but not aggressive bitterness, allowing the fruity and piney hop character to remain the focal point rather than mere astringency.
