A brilliant golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation that builds a delicate white head. The lager presents a bright, jewel-like appearance typical of the Pale Lager style, with stable lacing that clings to the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft, honeyed sweetness from the Pilsner malt base, followed by floral and spicy hop character. Apollo, Eureka, and Citra hops contribute citrus fruit notes alongside a delicate hint of red berries, creating an inviting aromatic profile that remains gentle and approachable.

◐ Geschmack

The palate leads with the soft malt sweetness established in the aroma, moving into a balanced interplay of citrus and subtle spice. Bitterness arrives as a gentle, lingering presence rather than a dominant force, allowing the light body to maintain approachability while preserving structure throughout.

The finish is clean and quick, with residual citrus notes fading into a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No astringency or harsh edges remain—the beer concludes as it began, crisp and inviting.
