◎ Aussehen

A hazy yellow pour that catches the light with a soft, diffuse glow. The turbidity comes from yeast in suspension, characteristic of the style. Head retention is moderate, with fine bubbles and gentle lacing that fades gradually down the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced hop character; exact notes shift with each batch, but expect citrus, stone fruit, or herbal nuances depending on the seasonal hop selection. A light, clean malt backbone supports the hops without asserting itself. No phenolic or yeasty notes intrude on the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with the malt providing a delicate, understated sweetness that frames the hop bitterness without heaviness. Mid-palate develops a pleasant hop bite—around 60 IBU—that finishes dry and clean. The texture remains silky throughout, never astringent or aggressive.
