Very pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright, luminous character. The head forms quickly and maintains decent retention, settling into a fine lace that clings to the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, contributing to an overall impression of crisp liveliness.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes and pronounced lemongrass character, herbaceous and fresh without being perfumy. Underneath lies delicate Malz sweetness that grounds the aromatics without dominating. The overall expression is clean and refreshing, with noble hop character providing subtle sophistication.

◐ Geschmack

Dry and delicate on entry, with the lemongrass playing a central role in the flavor development rather than the nose alone. The palate remains light and refined, lacking heaviness despite the adjunct, and a subtle Malz backbone provides necessary structure. Bitterness sits low at 28 IBU but carries the dryness forward elegantly through the mid-palate.

The finish is clean and moderately short, leaving behind a lingering lemongrass note and dry mouthfeel. No warming alcohol impression, despite the lean ABV, and the aftertaste remains refreshing rather than bitter.
