◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, inviting transparency. A dense white head forms on the pour and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving fine lacing with each sip. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

Cascade and Centennial hops drive a vibrant citrus and pine-forward nose that leaps from the glass. Bright lemon and grapefruit notes sit atop a subtle resinous pine backbone, with only minimal malt character in support. The aromatic profile is clean and assertive without any harsh or vegetal qualities.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with sharp citrus acidity and hoppy bite that immediately engage the taste buds. Mid-palate carries the pine and citrus notes through with a firm, well-defined bitterness that builds progressively. A light, clean malt foundation provides just enough sweetness to balance the 60 IBU charge without becoming cloying.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus and pine notes persisting well into the aftertaste. Bitterness fades gradually rather than abruptly, leaving a pleasant, dry sensation on the palate.
