Head retention is moderate; carbonation appears brisk and well-integrated.

Lemon zest leads the charge on the nose, sharp and immediately present, followed by tropical guava notes that add a stone-fruit sweetness underneath. Noble hop character—restrained but recognizable—provides a herbaceous backbone without dominating. The combination reads as tart fruit-forward rather than hop-centric, with a clean, slightly tart fermentation note completing the bouquet.

The palate opens with a bright citrus-sour punch that puckers immediately, the lemon and guava working in tandem to establish tartness before the body has a chance to settle. Mid-palate stays lean and dry despite the fruit sweetness, hinting at underlying hop bitterness that adds structure without aggression. The finish is brisk and clean, dry acidity cutting through any residual sweetness with precision.
