MoonJuice presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms dense and persistent, with fine carbonation rising steadily through the glass. Lacing clings firmly to the glass walls, indicating strong protein and hop content.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus notes—lemon zest and orange peel dominate the profile. Tropical fruit undertones emerge beneath, with papaya and mango adding depth. A sharp piney resin character threads through, supported by clean herbal Edelhopfen definition that overshadows any malt contribution.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and direct, with brisk bitterness establishing itself immediately across the palate. Citrus and tropical character follow, coating the mid-palate with orange and stone fruit notes. The bitterness persists with firm grip throughout, balancing the hop-forward aromatic character without allowing sweetness to emerge.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and protracted, with bitterness sustaining well into the aftertaste. A residual piney, resinous quality lingers, leaving the palate clean but decidedly hoppy.
