Siciliano 17

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced citrus and tropical stone fruit notes from the Citra and Enigma additions, layered with a resinous backbone from Simcoe and Centennial. A subtle herbal-piney character emerges in the mid-range, while the Pilsner malt provides a clean, grain-forward foundation without competing sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and balanced, with tropical and citrus notes developing immediately across the palate. Mid-palate reveals the resinous character and a medium, non-aggressive bitterness that complements rather than dominates. The finish carries lingering hoppy spice and subtle fruity dryness, with the malt providing enough body to prevent harshness.

◑ Abgang

A clean, moderately long finish with resinous hoppy notes persisting gently on the palate. Subtle citrus and stone fruit echoes fade to a dry, slightly peppery aftertaste.
