The nose leads with bright orange and tangerine, followed by waves of tropical fruit — mango and stone fruit notes — with a secondary layer of peach and grapefruit zest. Beneath the fruit sits a pronounced resinous pine character and a dry, citrus rind bitterness that persists on the upper palate. The double dry-hopping with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Sabro creates a complex, multi-dimensional hop profile that avoids one-note intensity.

Entry is clean and fruit-driven, with orange and peach flavors establishing themselves early across the mid-palate. The body is medium and appropriately dry for a double IPA, allowing the hop character to shine without becoming cloying or oversweetened. Bitterness builds steadily but never overwhelms; the 48 IBU demonstrates restraint and balance, permitting the tropical and stone fruit complexity to remain the focal point rather than pure resin and pine.
