The nose opens with pronounced toffee and roasted caramel notes, underpinned by a light bready sweetness that speaks to the restrained malt bill. Whole flower hops—Cascade, East Kent Goldings, and Stella—introduce bright lemon peel and a subtle herbal complexity without dominating the bouquet. The balance favors malt character, with bitterness barely perceptible on the nose.

The palate opens soft and sweet, with caramel and roasted malt forming the core flavor.
