◎ Aussehen

A straw-pale, intentionally cloudy ale with fine suspended yeast particles creating a soft, diffused appearance. The head forms readily and clings to the glass with modest persistence. Carbonation is gentle and well-integrated, lending a supple visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and tropical notes—ripe mango and stewed pineapple dominate, supported by bright citrus peel and a faint herbaceous undertone from the hop selection. Beneath lies a subtle bready grain note from the pale malt and wheat base, kept soft and unassertive by the London Fog yeast's phenolic restraint.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and inviting, with tropical fruit flavors immediately present—orange and pineapple lead the palate. Mid-palate remains soft with a faint, wheaten sweetness and a whisper of bready malt character. Bitterness is deliberately held back at 20 IBU, allowing fruit and juice to shine without sharp edges.

◑ Abgang

The finish is short and clean, fading quickly into a lingering fruity aftertaste dominated by orange and citrus notes. No harshness or rough edges remain.
