Simple Maths

Pale golden in color with a light, bright clarity characteristic of the style. A fine white head forms readily and clings moderately to the glass, leaving delicate lacing on each sip. Carbonation is crisp and consistent throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced tropical stone fruit—guava and sticky mango dominate, accompanied by white peach and a persistent dank, sweet undertone that grounds the composition. The Australian hop blend (Galaxy, Azure, Beedelup) creates a cohesive, fruity character with subtle herbal and earthy notes woven beneath the dominant tropical profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and fruit-driven, with guava and mango arriving immediately on the palate. The mid-palate develops a balanced bitterness—35 IBU provides structure without harshness—while tropical and dank sweetness persists. Malt backbone is restrained, allowing the Australian hops to command the flavor narrative without overwhelming astringency.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and moderately long, with lingering tropical notes and a gentle earthy fade. Bitterness recedes gracefully, leaving a pleasant stone fruit and herb aftertaste.

Serviertemperatur 7–10°C
