Opening Theme presents a pale golden hue with a soft haze throughout, the result of a deliberate shift toward Heidelberg ultra pale malt that lightens the brew compared to previous editions. The head is dense and creamy, settling into a persistent collar with good lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate and even, characteristic of a well-executed hazy IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct stone fruit and white wine character from dual Nelson Sauvin crops, bringing clear notes of sauvignon grape, honeydew, and peach. Citra and Mosaic add complementary citrus and herbal undertones, while Simcoe rounds out the profile with subtle pine and earth. The aromatic expression is clean and hop-forward without aggressive resinous notes.

The palate entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the creamy malt base providing a soft foundation that supports the hop character without harsh edges. Mid-palate delivers the promised stone fruit and tropical fruit complexity, balanced by a restrained bitterness of 50 IBU that sits comfortably in the background. The finish remains approachable and drinkable, never sharp or astringent.

The aftertaste is clean and moderate in length, with lingering peach and honeydew notes that fade gently into a dry, slightly herbal conclusion. No harsh resin or excessive bitterness remains on the palate.
