Juicy IPA

◎ Aussehen

A pale golden haze sits in the glass, the result of suspended yeast and grain particles characteristic of the style. The head builds quickly with a thick, creamy collar that clings to the glass with fine retention. Carbonation appears moderate, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright stone fruit—peach and apricot—followed by candied citrus peel and a sharp grapefruit zest from the Amarillo and Azacca hops. A subtle creamy coconut note emerges on the second sniff, lent by the torrefied wheat and the Sabro's tropical character. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, without aggressive hop burn.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, the oats and torrefied wheat creating a soft mouthfeel with gentle sweetness that frames the hops rather than fighting them. Mid-palate delivers layered fruit—pineapple, mandarin, and subtle stone fruit—with a clean, moderately dry bitterness that sits at 50 IBU and feels balanced rather than aggressive. The sweetness lingers slightly, creating a rounded profile that appeals across a wide range of palates.

◑ Abgang

The finish is medium in length, with citrus and a whisper of coconut fading gradually into a dry, slightly grainy aftertaste. No harsh resinous character persists.
