The nose leads with prominent citrus—lime and grapefruit pith—layered over a resinous pine backbone from the Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops. Beneath the aromatic hop character sits a subtle biscuity malt sweetness that grounds the bouquet without overwhelming the hop expression. A whisper of grain rounds out the profile, suggesting the wheat component's gentle contribution.

The palate opens with zesty citrus fruit that transitions into dry, peppery resin as the beer moves across the midpalate. Biscuity malt provides a firm foundation that prevents the 60 IBU bitterness from becoming harsh, creating a well-judged balance between hop bite and grain sweetness. The wheat addition brings a subtle, whisper-soft texture without adding cloudiness or astringency.
