A bright golden hue dominates the glass, clear and luminous without any haze. The head forms with good density and displays fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass walls. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a gentle, sustained effervescence.

The nose opens with inviting bread dough and honey notes, grounded in the malt character at 13.5 degrees Plato. Hallertauer Tradition and Spalter Select hops contribute a floral lift with gentle spice undertones, creating a refined and balanced aromatic profile. The overall impression is warm and approachable rather than aggressive.

Entry brings a full, smooth palate with pronounced malty sweetness and biscuit depth. The mid-palate maintains this rounded, grain-forward character with subtle honey complexity and a whisper of herbal spice from the hops. At only 18 IBU, bitterness remains restrained, allowing the malt to remain the dominant voice throughout.

The finish closes gently on soft grain sweetness with no sharp edges or astringency. A clean, malty aftertaste lingers briefly, leaving an impression of completeness and balance rather than any lingering bite.
