Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality that reflects the beer's freshness. The head forms quickly and retains with good definition, leaving delicate lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation presents as a steady stream of small bubbles, creating an inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

Clean and straightforward on the nose, leading with the soft grain of locally grown organic malt. Noble hop character emerges with restrained herbal and slightly spicy notes, supported by a neutral yeast signature that allows the malt foundation to shine. No adjuncts or off-flavors; the overall impression is one of purity and terroir.

◐ Geschmack

Crisp entry with a light, clean malt body that drinks considerably lighter than its 4.6% ABV might suggest. The mid-palate balances soft grain sweetness with a subtle hop bitterness that arrives gradually and does not dominate. The finish is dry and refreshing, designed for quenching rather than lingering complexity.
