Grisk presents a bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine-grained white head that settles into a thin collar. Carbonation is lively and visible throughout, creating steady streams of tiny bubbles that maintain good lacing on the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by fresh Edelhopfen character: prominent pine-needle and resinous notes sit alongside zesty citrus—lime and grapefruit—with a subtle underlying grape-like fruitiness that adds a soft, almost wine-like dimension. The malt base remains intentionally quiet, allowing the hop aromatics to take center stage without competing spice or grain notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and dry, with citrus leading into a clean, understated malt sweetness that never becomes cloying. The 55 IBU bitterness arrives mid-palate as a bracing snap rather than a harsh punch, supported by a lean body that keeps the beer refreshing and easy to follow. Hop character persists throughout without muddying the finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is sharp and dry, with hop bitterness lingering pleasantly into the aftertaste without becoming astringent. A sense of clarity and brightness defines the farewell, inviting another sip.
