Pale golden with bright clarity and a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass with restrained lacing. The carbonation is visible but moderate, creating a composed visual presence typical of the American Pale Ale style.

◌ Aroma

Five American hop varieties create a welcoming bouquet centered on stone fruit—apricot and peach rise first, followed by citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. A resinous pine character builds underneath, grounded by a light caramel sweetness from the malt that prevents the nose from becoming overly astringent.

The palate enters with moderate bitterness and citrus-forward hop character, softened by oats in the grist that lend a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Peach and caramel malt notes occupy the mid-palate, holding the resinous bitterness in balance. The finish dries cleanly with lingering piney and citrus notes, never harsh or astringent.
