◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality in the glass. The white head forms modestly but dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the walls. Fine carbonation is evident throughout, with steady streams of tiny bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh grain and cracker-like malt notes, immediately followed by herbaceous, grassy hop character. A subtle lemon peel citrus edge emerges on closer inspection, balanced by the clean fermentation profile typical of extended lagering. Overall impression is restrained and dry, with no sweet malt or fruity esters.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry with a faint bready malt foundation that carries through the mid-palate. Brisk carbonation accentuates the citrus-rind bitterness, which builds gently without overwhelming. The palate remains lean and structured, with minimal residual sweetness from the extended fermentation process.

◑ Abgang

The finish is abrupt and exceptionally clean, with bitterness fading quickly into a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No lingering sweetness or heavy notes remain; the overall effect is crisp and thirst-quenching.
