Pours bright gold with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head. The carbonation is visibly brisk, evidenced by a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the glass. Lacing clings to the glass in delicate patches as the level recedes.

◌ Aroma

Opens with an unexpected herbal and lemon-peel hop character that distinguishes it within the light lager category. Beneath the citrus lies a soft, bready malt foundation that anchors the nose without overwhelming. The overall profile is clean and inviting rather than thin or hollow.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is crisp and dry on entry, with the herbal hop and citrus character carrying through cleanly. Bready malt provides gentle structure in the mid-palate, preventing any watery collapse despite the light body. A clean, defined bitter edge emerges in the mid-to-finish, offering substance and grip.

The finish is short and clean, terminating with a crisp, dry edge rather than fading into flatness. A residual bitter note persists briefly, lending character and preventing the typical watery drop-off found in many ultra-light beers.
