The head forms with moderate density and holds with gentle persistence, leaving fine traces of lacing on the glass. Carbonation is present but restrained, contributing to an overall impression of polish and composure.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with inviting notes of light bread dough and a subtle corn sweetness that speaks to the grain bill. Hops remain nearly silent on the palate, allowing the malt character to lead without interference. The overall impression is one of restraint and balance, with no harsh or green notes.

The palate is soft and rounded, built on a foundation of malt that carries through from entry to mid-palate without sharpness or astringency. Bitterness arrives only toward the close, gentle and measured rather than assertive.
