A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, inviting transparency. The head is stable and well-retained, leaving distinct lacing on the glass as you drink. Fine carbonation contributes to a lively, effervescent presentation.

The nose leads with prominent citrus notes—grapefruit and orange zest—layered with tropical fruit character suggesting mango and passionfruit. Behind these aromatic hops sits a clean, subtle malt base that provides foundation without dominating; minimal yeast character keeps the profile focused on the Edelhopfen.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with immediate citrus and tropical hop expression, delivering clean bitterness at 60 IBU that builds gradually across the mid-palate without harshness. The malt backbone is restrained and crisp, allowing the American hops to remain the primary focus. The bitterness resolves cleanly, leaving a dry finish.

A medium-length finish with lingering hoppy bitterness and faint citrus notes that fade progressively. The aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, with no residual sweetness.
