◎ Aussehen

A bright golden hue with good translucency and a fine, persistent white head that holds its form well. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the clear body. Excellent head retention and clean glass lacing throughout the drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone fruits—mango and melon—layered with citrus top notes and a distinctive lime zest. Beneath the fruit sits a light, clean Malz base with subtle caramel undertones that adds depth without dominating. The hop character is fresh and inviting, with no oxidation or harsh alcohol burn.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with bright fruit and citrus that immediately engage, followed by a firm, well-structured hop bitterness that builds steadily through the mid-palate. The light Malz foundation with its touch of caramel provides just enough body to support the bitterness without introducing sweetness or cloying character. The interplay between tropical notes and dry bitterness creates an engaging, balanced progression.

◑ Abgang

The finish is markedly dry, with the lime-like zest lingering prominently and the hop bitterness gradually fading into a clean, refreshing aftertaste. No residual sweetness remains; instead, a pleasant, drying quality persists.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
