Space Junk presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, turbid appearance characteristic of quality modern DIPAs. The dense white head forms quickly and maintains excellent retention, while vigorous carbonation creates a visually lively presentation.

The nose is dominated by vibrant tropical fruit and stone fruit esters, with prominent grapefruit and citrus notes cutting through. Resinous pine undertones and subtle herbal qualities provide complexity, while clean fermentation allows the hop character to shine without yeast-driven distractions.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers tremendous hop impact with a bold citrus and grapefruit entry that transitions into piney, resinous mid-palate complexity. Balanced bitterness (50 IBU) provides structure without overwhelming the fruity character, while the full body and moderate alcohol warmth (8% ABV) create impressive drinkability for a DIPA.

The finish is notably dry and clean, with lingering hop bitterness and citrus notes that fade gradually. The crisp, focused conclusion showcases excellent beer design—strong enough to satisfy DIPA expectations without hot alcohol or astringent aftertaste.
