Copper State presents a bright copper-gold hue that speaks directly to its namesake heritage. The beer displays excellent clarity with a dense, cream-colored head that adheres well to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, creating an inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus notes—primarily grapefruit and orange zest—layered over a pronounced pine and resinous hop character. Beneath the bold hop profile, a clean malt base provides subtle support without adding sweetness or heaviness. The overall aromatic profile is direct and forthright, with no yeast-derived esters competing for attention.

The palate entry is crisp and immediately hoppy, with bright citrus flavors coating the mouth alongside dry pine notes. Mid-palate bitterness builds steadily without becoming harsh, balancing the hop intensity with a lean, supporting malt structure. The finish arrives clean and slightly dry, leaving behind lingering citrus and herbal hop impressions.
