Infinite Space

◎ Aussehen

Infinite Space presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque clarity characteristic of the New England IPA style. The beer holds a dense, creamy head with excellent retention and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, lending an inviting visual softness to the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit skin—layered with berry aromatics and subtle tropical fruit undertones from the Citra and Mosaic hop combination. A light dank, herbal quality threads through the bouquet, anchoring the brighter florals with earthy restraint. The overall impression is fresh and inviting without aggressive hop intensity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with pronounced juicy, citrusy hop character balanced by a soft, grainy Malz foundation that provides body without heaviness. Mid-palate reveals layers of berry and subtle tropical fruit, with the dank herbal quality adding complexity and preventing sweetness. Bitterness registers at a moderate 50 IBU, integrated smoothly rather than sharp, allowing fruit flavors to remain center stage through the swallow.

◑ Abgang

The finish transitions to a savoury, slightly herbal aftertaste that lingers gently for several seconds. The drying effect is delicate and refreshing, leaving no residual sweetness or harsh bite.
