◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with a pronounced haze, reflecting its unfiltered character. The dense white head forms immediately and clings to the glass with solid retention, building fine lacing as the beer is consumed. Bright carbonation is evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with spicy phenolic notes characteristic of saison yeast, layered with delicate floral esters and bright citrus aromatics. There is a subtle grain presence underneath, suggesting a clean malt bill that allows the yeast-driven character to dominate. The overall impression is fresh and herbaceous, evoking a sun-drenched farmhouse environment.

◐ Geschmack

Yeast-driven spice and fruity notes weave through a crisp, dry palate with excellent clarity of flavor. The body is light and refreshing, with moderate bitterness (28 IBU) providing structure without overwhelming the delicate esters. The malt backbone is restrained, allowing the fermentation character and hop-derived citrus to remain central to the experience.

◑ Abgang

The finish is bone-dry and clean, with spicy notes lingering briefly before fading to a refreshing, empty palate. The aftertaste is remarkably short and crisp, inviting another sip.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
