Amber-golden hue with excellent clarity and a dense, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing down the glass. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, with small bubbles rising steadily. The color sits in the lower amber range, inviting and approachable.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a distinctive bergamot citrus character that immediately signals the beer's Italian identity, layered over a clean, grainy Malz foundation. Subtle floral notes emerge alongside the citrus, with no harsh hop bite—the fermentation profile is crisp and neutral, allowing the botanical bergamot to shine. Light spice and herbal qualities support without overwhelming.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is malty and approachable, with a firm Malz backbone providing structure and a light sweetness. Mid-palate develops the bergamot citrus lift clearly, delivering a refreshing crispness without harshness. Moderate bitterness (28 IBU) arrives cleanly in the mid-to-late palate, balancing the malt and citrus without dominating. The overall impression is smooth and well-integrated.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry, with the bergamot citrus fading gradually into a faint herbal and malty echo. Medium length, leaving the palate refreshed rather than coated.
