◎ Aussehen

Pale golden color with a soft haze throughout, characteristic of an unfined and unfiltered Session IPA. The beer presents a modest white head that settles quickly but leaves delicate lacing on the glass. Bright carbonation is evident from the consistent stream of fine bubbles rising through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

Citrus notes dominate the nose, with bright grapefruit and orange zest at the forefront, layered with subtle floral undertones from the Edelhopfen character. The malt backbone remains restrained and clean, allowing the hop aromatics to take center stage without any harsh or oxidized notes. A whisper of herbal spice rounds out the profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with crisp citrus notes that build into a moderate bitterness balanced by a light, slightly sweet malt body. The finish is dry and refreshing, with the hop profile remaining prominent throughout without becoming astringent. At 4.2% ABV, the beer drinks light and approachable, making it easy to return to the glass repeatedly.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is clean and brief, fading into a pleasantly dry mineral quality. The refreshing character lingers without any lingering astringency or metallic notes.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
