Pours a clear, bright golden hue with excellent clarity throughout. A full, creamy white head forms on the pour and maintains stable lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation is evident from the steady stream of bubbles rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

Fresh citrus notes dominate the nose, with distinct orange, mandarin, and grapefruit character from the hop selection. Beneath the citrus lies a soft stone-fruit contribution—peach and apricot—delivered by the yeast strain. A warm, slightly sweet malt base anchors the profile without overwhelming the aromatic complexity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a smooth, full malt sweetness characteristic of the Belgian Tripel style. Mid-palate reveals a balanced interplay of the yeast-derived fruit and the citric bitterness from the hops, creating a vibrant, refreshing tension. The 10% alcohol sits well-integrated and warm rather than hot, allowing the bittersweet finish to emerge cleanly.

◑ Abgang

The finish is soft and bittersweet, fading gradually without harshness or heat. A lingering citric note and gentle residual sweetness combine for a dry, clean aftertaste.
