El Patrón presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, with good Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass walls. The body reads light to medium amber when held to the light, characteristic of the style's pale Malz bill.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical passion fruit, underscored by gentle honey and vanilla notes that suggest the oat adjuncts and Malz sweetness. A grassy, herbaceous green hop character emerges as the beer warms, the Mosaic hop variety expressing its signature citric and piney aspects. The alcohol remains well-masked on the bouquet, allowing the hop and fruit interplay to dominate.

The palate strikes a full, creamy character from the oat flakes, carrying tropical and passion fruit flavors into the mid-palate with good body and mouthfeel.
