Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A dense, persistent head forms and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation appears well-integrated, contributing to a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra hops deliver an inviting mix of citrus and exotic fruit character—orange zest and tropical notes emerge clearly. Beneath the hoppy foreground, gentle malty undertones and caramel sweetness provide balance, with subtle house yeast contributing a soft, earthy complexity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with bold hop bitterness and resinous citrus that commands attention from the first sip. A full-bodied malt structure with caramel and toasted grain notes forms a solid foundation, while tropical fruit esters from the yeast weave through the mid-palate. The finish remains dry and assertively bitter, with lingering orange and herbal hop character.

The bitterness persists through a dry, satisfying finish, with residual orange and hop oils gradually fading. A clean, drying sensation leaves the palate refreshed and inviting another sip.
