◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with excellent clarity and bright, translucent brilliance. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing with each sip. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a sustained visual presence throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered over a pronounced pine-resin backbone. The hop aromatics are direct and clean, with no muddying from fermentation esters or oxidation. A subtle neutral malt base allows the Edelhopfen character to dominate without distraction.

◐ Geschmack

Citrus and pine ride the palate from entry through mid-palate with focused bitterness that sits comfortably at 60 IBU—assertive without harshness. The malt foundation is deliberately light and almost transparent, offering just enough structure to frame the resinous hop profile. The beer finishes dry with a bracing, crisp quality that invites another sip.

The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering pine and citrus notes fading to a pleasant, bone-dry sensation. No cloying sweetness or heavy malt character intrudes; the aftertaste remains refreshing and hop-driven to the end.
