A clean, mineral backdrop supports the citrus and herb without any fermentation funk or oxidation.

Crisp and bright on entry, with a sour character that is clean and well-integrated—never harsh or one-dimensional. The mid-palate brings lime and basil together in conversation, with the herb providing subtle botanical depth that prevents the citrus from becoming thin.
